1. What We Collect

TruePen is designed to collect as little as possible:

• Text you submit. Used only to generate your rewrite. It is processed in memory and not stored after your request completes.
• IP address. Used solely to enforce the free-tier daily word limit. Stored as an anonymized counter that resets daily; we do not build profiles from it.
• Payment information. If you subscribe, payment is handled by our payment provider (Creem). We receive confirmation of payment and your email address, but never see or store your card number.
• Basic analytics. We may log aggregate, non-identifying usage counts (e.g., total words processed) to monitor service health.

2. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell, rent, or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
• We do not use your submitted text to train models.
• We do not require accounts or email addresses for the free tier.

3. Cookies

We use only strictly necessary, first-party technical storage (such as remembering your remaining free quota in your browser). No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

4. Data Retention

Submitted text: deleted immediately after processing. IP-based quota counters: reset daily. Payment records: retained as required by tax and accounting law.

5. Your Rights

Because we do not store your submitted text, there is nothing to export or delete for free-tier use. For subscription records, email woncoo.bot@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

6. Children

TruePen is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

7. Changes

Material changes to this policy will be posted here with a revised date.
